Shipping Policy

Hello, and thanks for shopping with us! We're proud to offer worldwide shipping to all countries. We know shipping can be confusing, so we're breaking it down for you. Here's what you need to know about how we send your goodies to you:

1. How we send your order

We offer two ways to ship your order:

DHL Express Shipping: This is the Fast option! Your package will start its journey from our base in Croatia. If you order before 1:00 pm (+1) CET, your package will zoom out of our doors the same day. If you order after 1:00 pm, don't worry, we'll send it the next day.

Regular Shipping: This is the no-rush option. We'll pack up your order and send it off within 3 days after we receive your payment. We mostly use a friendly company called YANWEN for this service.

2. Arrival times (Just an estimate, okay?)

DHL Express Shipping: Usually, your package will arrive in 1-5 working days. Check out the table below to get a rough idea of the timings: Where You Live When You Might Get It

And guess what? If you live in an EU country, you won't have to pay customs charges for orders shipped with DHL!

Just remember, these are only rough estimates. Some things might delay your package, like holidays, busy times, or even bad weather.

3. Keeping track of your order

Whether you choose DHL or Regular Shipping, you'll get a tracking number. You can use it to see where your package is at all times.

4. The fine print (Important stuff you should know)

No weekend shipping: We need rest too! So we don't ship orders during the weekend. Any orders placed on the weekend will be shipped first thing on Monday.

DHL and hard-to-reach places (remote areas:): Sometimes DHL charges extra for delivery to certain locations. If this happens, we'll reach out to you. You can choose to pay the extra fee or give us a different delivery address.

Lithium battery restrictions: Some countries don't allow lithium batteries in packages. If this affects your order, we'll get in touch. You can give us a different address or agree to receive the product without the battery.

No cancellations once shipped: Changed your mind? You need to tell us before we ship the order. Once it's shipped, we can't cancel it.

Lost/Damaged items: If your product gets lost or damaged during shipping, it's sadly out of our control. Contact the shipping company to complain. And remember to keep the packaging and damaged items until you do.

International Shipping: We're happy to ship to customers all around the world! But remember, any customs or tax charges will be your responsibility.

5. Shipping During Holidays

Just like you, we and our shipping partners take breaks during public holidays. This means we don't ship orders on those days. If you place an order on a public holiday, we'll send it off first thing on the next working day.

All items purchased from 24kupi.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier

NOTE: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
